Universal Data Technology for Business Service Data Customers of Universal Data Technology for Business may upload data to the hosted Service. Universal Data Technology will not share or distribute any such customer data, except as outlined in the contractual agreement between Universal Data Technology and the customer for the provision of the Universal Data Technology for Business Service, or as required by law. If a customer within the European Economic Area uploads data to the Universal Data Technology for Business service, the customer acts as the Controller of the data, and Universal Data Technology functions as a Processor.
Use of Collected Data We use the information collected about you to:
- Provide the Websites and Services, along with any support you request;
- Respond to your inquiries or fulfill your requests;
- Diagnose technical issues with the Websites and Services;
- Send you information we believe may interest you, such as service announcements, newsletters, educational content, and event details;

For instance, Google Analytics by Google Inc. helps us track and examine usage to generate reports for optimizing our Websites and Services. Data collected includes cookies and usage data, processed within the US.
Displaying Content from External Platforms We may use third-party services to display content on our Websites hosted on external platforms, optimizing content delivery. For example, Vimeo may be used for video content visualization, collecting cookies and usage data in the US.
